Hi all, my name is Darren and I'm the Images Cinema summer intern working on SIFF.

It's been very exciting working on SIFF lately. I've been learning a lot from Jennifer Howard and Kathleen O'Mara. Recently I've submitted SIFF's information to IMDB for approval but we do come up in a search on filmfestivals.com now. Right now our focus is content, and that is where you all come in.

We need stuff on the site! We need videos, pictures, blog entries, anything those of you involved with SIFF have to offer us to give this place more content would be extremely helpful. If you can, post links to your Youtube Channel, or upload a Google Video, we'll have a Facebook Group soon, and I will let you know when that is created. All in all, the continued success of SIFF depends on, well YOU, the students. We wouldn't have much of a Student Independent Film Festival without students.

So if you're reading my rambling, please check what you have. If you're submitting for the first time, provide a trailer to your film! If you're a SIFF alum, post some stories or pictures from times past, or your featured film! We need your help in expanding SIFF even further, so whatever you can do will be helpful to us in the long run. Get those submissions in, talk SIFF up to your friends, upload and share your work!
